Wright Express Creates Marathon Fleet Card
Marathon Ashland Petroleum LLC, based in Findlay, Ohio, is the newest Private Label Partner with Wright Express. The company's 3,500 Marathon stations will accept the new commercial card. The stations are located in 16 states from Florida to Minnesota. In addition to the usual transaction reports participating fleets receive, the Marathon Private Label card program offers tax-exempt reporting to eligible fleets. Marathon also offers fleets the option to keep their cards at company stations and a rebate discount program based on volume. Wright Express (WEX), a member of Avis Group Holdings, Inc., provides information processing, financial and information management services through private label fleet fueling programs for 30 North American oil companies and has cobranded fleet charge cards with 29 partners, including the major commercial vehicle leasing companies and vehicle service providers. WEX provides services directly and through these partnerships to more than 120,000 commercial and government fleets in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.
